Watch your child grow into an independent, confident student who thrives at home and school—without constant reminders and daily battles!

Get the Brain on Board: Coaching Circle is a live 4-week cohort for parents who want to dig into Executive Function and learn practical, brain-first strategies they can actually use in their homes.

"Carrie's group has been a huge help for me and my family. I've gained valuable, actionable tools that help our kids and our household run more efficiently, effectively and peacefully. And the camaraderie with the other parents in the group is a wonderful support. It's so helpful to know that the challenges our family faces are not unique to us. This is the village I've been looking for!"

After 4 weeks in the Coaching Circle...

You will feel:

  • More confident in your approach — less second-guessing and more trust in your decisions.
  • Equipped with strategies that work for your family — ones you can use now and adapt over time.
  • Calmer in the moment — better able to handle meltdowns, resistance, or forgetfulness without adding extra stress.
  •  More like a coach than a nag — guiding your child toward independence instead of doing it all yourself.
  • Clearer on what matters most — focusing on strategies and routines that make the biggest difference.

We will go beyond strategies to understand the “why”

Most strategies fail because they treat the symptoms of Executive Function struggles, not the root causes. Timers, charts, and planners can be useful — but without understanding how your child’s brain processes tasks, manages emotions, and organizes information, those tools are like fixing a leaky pipe with tape.

This cohort experience is different. You’ll:

  • Decode your child’s brain — understand why they avoid certain tasks, melt down over transitions, or forget the same thing five days in a row
  •  Learn small, targeted shifts in your parenting/teaching that create lasting change
  •  Follow a framework grounded in brain science so you can make sense of your child's behavior and respond with strategies that stick
  •  Use simple, repeatable tools built to work in real life — even on the busiest
    of days
  •  See practical examples so you know exactly how to apply each strategy at home or school
Parents tell me that once they understand what’s really going on in their child’s brain, the constant battles turn into opportunities to coach, connect and build skills together.

You’re not just buying tips — you’re investing in a system that grows with your family, building independence, confidence and resilience for years to come.

FAQs

  • How does this work?
The Coaching Circle is a live, four-week experience that combines my Get the Brain on Board digital course with live support from me.

Starting Sunday, September 27, you’ll get access to the first week of course content. Each week for four weeks, you’ll receive 30–60 minutes of content to work through at your own pace.

Along the way, we’ll work toward three key milestones:

    1. Understanding your own Executive Function.
What are your own strengths and challenges—and how might they affect the way you support your student?

    2. Identifying your student’s biggest EF challenges.
Which Executive Function skills are getting in the way most often?

    3. Choosing strategies to try.
Once you understand the challenges, you’ll have a starting point for choosing strategies that fit your student and their unique brain.

We’ll also have three live group calls on Thursdays at 10:00 am PT/1:00 pm ET (October 8, 15, and 22). These calls are a chance to ask questions, talk through what you’re noticing, troubleshoot challenges and get support.

Can't make a call? No problem. All calls will be recorded so you can watch the replay when it works for you.

And finally, there will also be a private Facebook group to connect with other parents in the cohort - and me!
  • How long do I have access to the course?
You have lifetime access! Enjoy unlimited opportunities to revisit the material, explore updates and reinforce your knowledge whenever needed.

You will also receive audio access via a private podcast, if listening is how you learn best.
  • Why does this cost $497?
You’re getting much more than a collection of videos and PDFs.

You’re getting the Get the Brain on Board course, lifetime access to its content, four weeks of guided learning and live access to me as your coach.

My 1:1 coaching packages start at $900, but this gives you a way to learn from my six years of Executive Function coaching experience—and 27 years in education—without the time and cost of 1:1 coaching.

You’ll learn how Executive Function works, identify the skills that are creating the biggest challenges, and begin building a toolbox of strategies you can actually use.

It’s not just information. It’s a chance to learn, ask questions and put the ideas into practice—with support along the way.
  • What if I know nothing or just a little about Executive Function?
    That’s exactly where we start.

Get the Brain on Board, the course, was designed to give parents and teachers a practical foundation in Executive Function without requiring a background in neuroscience, education or psychology.

You’ll learn the basics, build a shared language around EF and then use that understanding to look at what’s happening with your student.
  • What if I already know a lot about Executive Function?
It’s an introductory look at Executive Function, so if you’re looking for advanced theory or specialized training, this might not be the right fit.

But knowing about Executive Function and knowing what to do next aren’t always the same thing.

I don't know about you, but sometimes I have major fatigue from trying the same strategies over and over again—even when I know they should work.

One thing that helps me is getting a fresh point of view. Grab a new book from the library. Ask a different friend. Change up the Google search. Find a new perspective.

The Coaching Circle can be that fresh point of view.

You’ll have the opportunity to revisit the basics, look at your student’s challenges through a different lens and talk through what you’re seeing with me and other participants.
  • I’ve tried so many strategies already, and they didn't work. What gives?
I wish Executive Function growth was a one and done process, but it’s just not. To be honest, working on EF is a lifelong process. These skills only get better with practice. And without practice? They can definitely get worse.

It takes time, patience and a whole lot of persistence. Creativity helps, too!

You almost certainly have tried some of the strategies that I will introduce in this course. But here’s the difference in what I teach. We can’t try a strategy (and expect it to work) without understanding the “why” behind it.

I promise to give you the “why.”
  • Can't I just find stuff on Instagram or Pinterest or Google to help me and my student?
    YEP. You totally can.

But if you’re tired of spending SO MUCH TIME online sifting through it all to find the good stuff, this live cohort experience is for you. No Googling or Pinterest required. (Who has the time to spend all day searching for good info, anyway?)

With no searching, you’ll learn a lot about Executive Function, be able to identify your student’s biggest EF challenges and create an action plan to help support their unique brain.
  • What is your refund policy?
Because the Coaching Circle is a live, limited-time cohort that begins shortly after purchase, all sales are final.

Please take some time to make sure the Coaching Circle is the right fit for you before enrolling. If you have any questions, send me an email: carrie@carriebonnett.com.

Once you enroll, your spot in the cohort is reserved for you, so I’m not able to offer refunds.

"In Carrie’s group, I not only learned several practical tools to help with my parenting stresses, but I felt very supported and understood in the community. Being with a group of people going through similar challenges, we understood how to help one another. Many of the tools Carrie taught me are very practical, implementable and in bite-sized chunks that don’t feel overwhelming, which is so empowering when at times I already feel very overwhelmed. Thank you, Carrie."
